Book online, call, or text. Our team confirms timing and sends a medical intake form. A medical provider reviews your history and confirms Black Card is appropriate and which prescription medications (if any) are clinically indicated for your case.

Nurse Arrival and Setup
A licensed registered nurse arrives at your address with all supplies. They confirm your details, take vital signs, and set up a clean station.

First Liter
The first liter runs at standard pace. Vitamins, antioxidants, and any approved medications are administered during this bag.

Vital Check
Between the first and second liter, your nurse takes a vital signs check. This is a built-in safety step for the higher fluid volume.

Second Liter and NAD+
The second liter and the NAD+ infusion run during this stage. NAD+ is infused slowly for comfort. Mild flushing, tingling, or chest pressure is normal and resolves when the rate is slowed.
