Open Positions
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Mobile IV Therapy
Location: NYC metro (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Hudson Valley)
Schedule: Flexible. Full-time, part-time, or per-diem
Compensation: Competitive per-session pay plus tips
Requirements:
- Active New York RN license in good standing
- BLS certification (current)
- Minimum 1 year clinical IV experience (ICU, ER, infusion center, or equivalent preferred)
- Strong IV start skills, including challenging veins
- Reliable transportation across the NYC metro
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow protocols precisely
- Comfort working in client homes, hotels, and event venues
Preferred:
- ACLS certification
- Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages helpful)
- Experience in concierge or VIP healthcare settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and digital intake systems
Responsibilities:
- Travel to client locations across our service area
- Conduct brief in-person consultation with each client
- Administer IV therapy per Zen IV Spa protocols
- Monitor clients throughout sessions and respond to any reactions
- Maintain accurate documentation in our electronic system
- Communicate professionally with clients before, during, and after sessions
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at every session

- Concierge / Client Coordinator for booking, scheduling, and member support
