Eligibility: You must have at least 2,000 followers on Instagram or TikTok to qualify.


We review every application individually. The application includes booking a tentative time, but the session is only confirmed after our team has reviewed your social profile and approved the collaboration. If your profile does not meet our requirements or is not the right fit for our brand, we will let you know within 24 hours.

Content Expectations

In exchange for your complimentary session, we ask for authentic content featuring Zen IV Spa. Specific expectations are confirmed during the approval process.

Content Quality

We work with creators whose content is authentic, well-produced, and aligned with a wellness or lifestyle audience. Your content should genuinely reflect your experience, not feel like a scripted ad. The best collaborations come from creators who would book IV therapy anyway.

Disclosures

Per FTC guidelines, all sponsored content must be disclosed. Use #ad, #sponsored, or the platform's built-in paid partnership tags to comply with disclosure rules. We provide guidance during onboarding if you have questions.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for a collaboration, your profile must meet the following:

  • Either platform qualifies; you do not need 2K on both
Account Quality
  • Public, active account with regular posting (at least once per week)

  • Authentic engagement (likes, comments, saves) from real followers
  • Account in good standing with no violations of platform rules
Location
  • Based in or visiting NYC, Long Island, Westchester, or the Hudson Valley
  • Available to host a Zen IV Spa nurse at your home, hotel, or studio

Application Process

The application is short and straightforward. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Fill out the application form below or email us at info@zenivspa.com with your social profile links, your preferred drip, and your preferred date and time. Choose a tentative time during our normal hours (8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week).

Our team reviews your social profile, audience quality, content style, and brand fit. We confirm your follower count and check that your account is active and authentic.

Step 3: We Confirm Within 24 Hours

Within 24 hours of your application, we send you either:

  • A confirmation email locking in your session, with intake form and prep instructions
  • A polite decline if your profile does not meet our requirements at this time

If declined, you are welcome to reapply once your account meets the requirements or if we have additional collaboration opportunities.

In-home IV drip treatment

Once approved, you complete the standard medical intake form (this is required for any IV therapy regardless of payment). Our medical provider may call you to review.

Schedule your IV therapy session

On your scheduled day, your nurse arrives at your location with everything needed. You are welcome to film, photograph, and create content during the session. The session takes 30 to 45 minutes for most drips, or 60 to 90 minutes for the Zen Cocktail with NAD+.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does the application review take?

    We review every application within 24 hours of submission. You will hear from us either way, whether approved or not.

  • Why might I not be approved?

    Common reasons include: under 2,000 followers on both Instagram and TikTok, inactive account, low engagement quality, content that does not align with our brand, or program capacity at the time of application. None of these are personal; we get many applications and have to be selective.

  • Can I apply more than once?

    Yes. If your account grows or your content evolves, you are welcome to reapply at any time. We recommend waiting at least 90 days between applications.

  • Can I bring a friend?

    The complimentary session covers one drip for the approved creator. If your friend wants a drip too, they would book and pay separately at standard rates. Group discounts apply if you book together.

  • Can I choose any drip?

    Yes. All 7 drips on our menu are available for collaboration sessions.

  • Are add-ins included?

    Add-ins (vitamins, prescription medications, NAD+) are not included in the standard collaboration session. If you want to add anything to your drip, you can pay for add-ins at standard rates ($35 for basic IV add-in, $35 for IM shot, $1/mg for NAD+).

  • Can I book at a hotel?

    Yes. We come to homes, hotels, Airbnbs, and studio spaces across our standard service area.

  • Where do you serve?

    All 5 NYC boroughs, Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk), Westchester County, and the Hudson Valley counties (Rockland, Putnam, Orange).

  • Can my friend or partner be on camera?

    Yes. Anyone you want present during your session is welcome. If you want our nurse on camera, ask for her or his consent first; some are happy to be filmed and others prefer not.

  • Can I post the content the same day?

    Absolutely. Many creators post a Story or Reel during the session and a polished post afterward. We encourage real-time content; it tends to feel most authentic.

  • What if I do not deliver the content I promised?

    Collaboration is built on trust. If you accept a complimentary session and do not deliver content as agreed, we will not work with you again. We may also follow up to understand what happened. Repeat or large-scale non-delivery may result in a chargeback for the session value.

  • Can ongoing creators get a recurring partnership?

    Yes. Creators we work with successfully and who continue to produce strong content may be invited into ongoing partnership arrangements with regular sessions, exclusive promo codes, and other perks. Reach out after a successful first collaboration to discuss.
