We also ship prescribed weight-loss, peptide and hormone programs to your door after a video consultation. No clinic, no travel fee.

A Hydration IV from Zen IV Spa is $229 anywhere in New York City or New Jersey, and the price includes the nurse's travel to your home, hotel or office. That is one full liter of fluid with electrolytes, magnesium and B vitamins. Hangover and Myers' Cocktail are $299, Immunity Boost $349, Mega Myers' and NAD+ $399. There is no concierge fee and no surcharge for any neighborhood.

Yes. The Custom IV ($249) is a liter of fluid plus your choice of two standard add-ins, and any drip can take extra add-ons such as glutathione, vitamin C, magnesium, B-complex, zinc or biotin. NAD+ can be added at 250 mg or 500 mg (priced by dose). If you bring recent labs, our medical director builds the bag around what they show. Every add-on is screened against your intake before the visit.

Same core formula, double the vitamin load. The Myers' Cocktail ($299) is the classic blend of B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium and calcium in 500 ml of fluid. The Mega Myers' ($399) doubles the vitamins, adds extra glutathione and uses a full liter of fluid, so it is the one people pick when they are run down rather than just a little tired. Both take 45 to 60 minutes and both are given by a nurse at your home.

For fast rehydration the fluid does the work: one liter of normal saline with electrolytes, given by a licensed nurse. That is our Hydration IV, $229, usually within 1 to 3 hours in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Hoboken and Jersey City. If you are also nauseous or hungover, the Hangover IV ($299) adds anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory support. Licensed registered nurses give every in-person treatment. Every treatment is prescribed and overseen by our medical director, a licensed physician. Before your first visit you complete a short medical intake, and the nurse reviews your history, medications and any reasons not to treat. If something is not appropriate, we say so.

Yes. You complete a medical intake when you book, and the nurse reviews it with you before anything starts. For prescribed programs, a video consultation and labs drawn at your home come first. If a treatment is not right for you, the nurse or our medical director will recommend an alternative or refer you to care.

Very little. Drink a glass of water, eat something light, and wear a top with sleeves that push up easily. Have your ID and the intake form done, which takes two minutes online. Clear a chair or a spot on the couch near an outlet; the nurse brings everything else. Plan 45 to 60 minutes, up to 90 for NAD+. If you take blood thinners or have a heart or kidney condition, tell us when you book so the nurse can review it first.

A nurse usually arrives within 1 to 3 hours in the city. It is prescribed and overseen by our medical director; it is not emergency care, so for a sudden, severe headache unlike any you have had, call 911.

Yes, ages 12 and up who weigh at least 100 pounds, with a parent or guardian present and our medical director's approval on the intake. Formulas are adjusted for weight. Under 12, we refer you to your pediatrician. For a sick child who cannot keep fluids down, call your pediatrician or go to urgent care; a scheduled drip is not emergency care.
