Premium IV Drips Tailored to Your Wellness Goals
When You Do Not Want to Pick
Most drips on our menu are built around one goal. Hydration for heat. Immune support for cold season. Recovery after training. The All Inclusive IV skips the goal and includes all of it.
You get a full liter of fluid plus every standard nutrient add-on we carry. Vitamin C, glutathione, zinc, magnesium, biotin, amino blend, taurine, B Complex, and B12. Nine in total. Nothing gets left out and nothing gets upsold to you mid visit.
You make one decision. Standard doses at $449, or every nutrient at maximum strength for $549. Bought one at a time, those seven upgrades come to $215, so the flat $100 is the better move if you want the stronger version.
At Zen IV Spa, a licensed registered nurse comes to your home, office, or hotel anywhere in the New York City area and administers the drip in about 30 to 45 minutes. This is our second most complete drip without NAD+, behind only the Ultimate IV.

When the All Inclusive IV Makes Sense
This is a lot of nutrients in one visit. If you are brand new to IV therapy, the Myers Cocktail at $299 or the Hydration IV at $229 are gentler starting points. If you fall into one of the categories below, the All Inclusive is probably the better fit.
You do not want to read a menu. Some clients want the loaded one and want to be done deciding. This is that drip.
You keep adding the same upgrades anyway. If you have booked a few drips and always tack on glutathione, vitamin C, and magnesium, you are already paying toward this. It costs less to get all nine.
You are coming off a hard stretch. A brutal work week, back to back travel, a bad run of sleep. This covers immune, beauty, recovery, and energy support in one sitting instead of asking you to pick which one matters most.
You want beauty support without giving up everything else. Biotin and glutathione are both in here at full dose in the maximum strength version, alongside amino blend and taurine.
You are booking for a group. It is a popular group pick because nobody has to choose and everyone gets the same thing.
You want the most complete bag we offer short of the Ultimate. If you do not want a second liter or medication support, this is the top of the menu for you.
What Is in the Zen IV Spa All Inclusive IV?
Nine nutrients in one liter. Every one of them can be run at standard dose in the $449 version or at maximum strength in the $549 version, except B Complex and B12, which are already at full dose in both. Here is exactly what is inside, and what each ingredient does.
Normal Saline or Lactated Ringer’s
The base of the drip. Sterile fluid hydrates you fast. Most NYC clients are mildly dehydrated even on a good day, between caffeine, busy schedules, and dry indoor air.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that supports immune function, collagen production, and overall cellular health. This drip carries it at high dose in the maximum strength version, which clients tend to choose when they feel something coming on.
Glutathione
Glutathione is the body’s master antioxidant. It plays a key role in detoxification, immune function, and protecting your cells from oxidative stress. It is one of the most popular wellness ingredients in NYC for healthy aging, skin clarity, and overall cellular support.
Zinc
Zinc is essential for immune function, wound healing, and DNA synthesis. Many Americans are mildly zinc deficient, especially if they eat a lot of processed foods or are under chronic stress.
Magnesium
Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic processes in your body. It supports muscle and nerve function, blood sugar control, blood pressure regulation, and energy production. Most people do not get enough magnesium in their diet.
Biotin (Vitamin B7)
Biotin supports healthy hair, skin, and nails. It is the ingredient behind most beauty focused drips, and it is one clients usually have to pay extra for elsewhere.
Amino Blend
Amino acids are the building blocks your body uses to repair muscle tissue. This blend supports muscle repair and everyday recovery, which is why it shows up in our athletic drips.
Taurine
Taurine supports stamina, muscle function, hydration balance, and focus. It works alongside magnesium and the B vitamins rather than on its own.
B Complex
B Complex is a blend of essential B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6) that your body needs to convert food into energy. They also support brain function, mood, and red blood cell production.
B12
B12 is essential for red blood cell production and brain function. Low B12 can cause fatigue, brain fog, and low mood. It is one of the main reasons clients report sharper thinking and better energy after a drip.

Standard Dose or Maximum Strength
The only choice you make on this drip is which version you want. The $549 version runs every nutrient at maximum strength for a flat $100 more. Here is what those same upgrades cost added one at a time to any other drip:
- Vitamin C high dose, $35
- Glutathione high dose, $45
- Zinc high dose, $25
- Magnesium high dose, $25
- Biotin high dose, $25
- Amino Blend high dose, $35
- Taurine high dose, $25
That is $215 bought separately against $100 as part of this drip. If you were planning to upgrade even three or four of them, the maximum strength version is the cheaper path. If you are newer to IV therapy, the standard version at $449 is a reasonable place to start.
Optional upgrades: an additional liter of fluids if clinically eligible, the Sunshine Shot (vitamin D3), and the Biohack Shot (NAD+). A vitals check is required before any additional liter.

If you are new to IV therapy, start with the Hydration IV at $229 or the Myers Cocktail at $299. If you want a second liter of fluids and provider approved medication support on top of high dose nutrients, the Ultimate IV at $699 is the step up. If you want all of that plus a 500mg NAD+ infusion, that is the Black Card VIP at $999. The All Inclusive IV is the most complete single liter drip on the menu and the best value if what you want is every nutrient without the medication protocol.
How the All Inclusive Compares to the Ultimate and Black Card VIP
These three sit at the top of the menu and clients mix them up often. The All Inclusive is every nutrient in one liter at $449 or $549, with no medication protocol. The Ultimate at $699 adds a second liter of fluids if you are clinically eligible plus provider approved medication support, with every nutrient at maximum strength. The Black Card VIP at $999 is the Ultimate plus a 500mg NAD+ infusion, and it runs longer because NAD+ has to be titrated slowly. Sessions run about 30 to 45 minutes for the All Inclusive, longer for the other two because of the added volume.

Why Mobile All Inclusive IV Therapy in NYC
Going to a clinic for IV therapy means traveling, sitting in a waiting room, and adjusting your day around their schedule. Mobile IV therapy means none of that. A licensed registered nurse comes to you, sets up in minutes, and you relax during your drip in your own space.
That matters even more for this drip, because the session runs about 30 to 45 minutes. That is time you can spend resting on your couch, working from home, or lying in bed instead of sitting in a lobby.
Here is what makes Zen IV Spa stand out:
- $449 flat pricing with no hidden travel fees
- Same day appointments across the five boroughs
- Service across Nassau County, Suffolk County, Westchester County, and the Hudson Valley
- Licensed registered nurses, not paramedics or medical assistants
- A real medical provider call before every treatment
- Sterile, single use equipment for every drip
- Available 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week

Rick and Farima are truly the best. As someone with a chronic illness who needs IVs regularly, it can be really difficult to find nurses who are both skilled and genuinely caring. They always make me feel comfortable, listened to, and cared for the entire time. They are incredibly gentle, always get my veins easily, and make sure everything is done perfectly and professionally. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want the experience to be as stress-free as possible. I’m so grateful for their kindness, patience, and expertise!! I would recommend them to anybody who Is looking for a great IV experience ☺️

Is the All Inclusive IV Safe?
Yes, when given by a licensed medical professional. Every Zen IV Spa drip is reviewed and approved by a medical provider, then administered by a licensed registered nurse using sterile, single use equipment.
Side effects are uncommon but can include a warm sensation during the drip, especially when magnesium runs in quickly, a slight metallic taste, mild bruising at the IV site, and rarely lightheadedness. Your nurse adjusts the drip rate to keep you comfortable and watches for any issues throughout the appointment.
Because the maximum strength version runs every nutrient at high dose, our medical provider screens carefully for anything that might call for dose adjustments or a different drip.
Tell your nurse right away if you feel flushing, tingling, chest pressure, or anything else that feels off. She can slow the drip, pause it, or stop it.

Who Should Not Book the All Inclusive IV
IV therapy is not right for everyone. Our medical provider screens every client during intake and may recommend against treatment if any of the following apply to you:
- Active or untreated kidney disease, since extra fluids and high dose vitamins can stress the kidneys
- Active or untreated heart failure, since fluid loading can worsen heart strain
- G6PD deficiency, since high dose vitamin C is not safe for people with this condition
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding, since several ingredients in this bag are held back in those cases. Our pregnancy specific drips are the right path instead
- Allergies to any of the ingredients in the drip
- Severe liver disease, since some ingredients are processed by the liver
- Iron overload disorders, since high dose vitamin C affects iron absorption
- Active acute illness that requires medical care, not wellness support
If our medical provider has any concerns during the intake call, they will let you know before treatment. If this drip is not the right fit, your nurse will talk you through one that is. We always put safety first.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does All Inclusive actually include?
Every standard nutrient add-on on our menu in one liter of fluid. Vitamin C, glutathione, zinc, magnesium, biotin, amino blend, taurine, B Complex, and B12. Nine in total.
Is the maximum strength version worth $100 more?
If you were going to upgrade even three or four nutrients on your own, yes. Those seven upgrades total $215 bought separately. If you are new to IV therapy, the standard version at $449 is a reasonable start.
Does it include NAD+?
No. NAD+ is not one of our standard add-ons. You can add the Biohack Shot with NAD+, or look at the Black Card VIP, which includes a 500mg NAD+ infusion.
How is this different from the Custom IV?
The Custom IV starts at $250 and includes any two standard add-ons, so you build it yourself. The All Inclusive includes all nine. If you know exactly what you want, Custom is cheaper. If you want everything, All Inclusive costs less than adding them one at a time.
How is this different from the Ultimate IV?
The Ultimate at $699 adds a second liter of fluids if you are clinically eligible plus provider approved medication support, and it runs every nutrient at maximum strength. The All Inclusive is one liter and no medication protocol.
Is it too much for a first IV?
It is a lot of nutrients, but it is one liter of fluid, which is a normal volume. Plenty of first time clients book it. If you would rather ease in, the Myers Cocktail at $299 or the Hydration IV at $229 are gentler starts.
How long does the appointment take?
About 30 to 45 minutes from the time your nurse arrives. Add time if you choose an additional liter of fluids, since that includes another vitals check.
How often can I get this?
Most clients who make it a routine book every two to four weeks. Our medical provider can help you land on a cadence that fits your goals and history.
Can I get this at my office?
Yes. We come to homes, hotels, and offices across the service area. Tell us at booking if you need us to be discreet about it.
Can a group all order this?
Yes, and it is a popular group pick precisely because nobody has to choose. Give us the headcount when you book so we can send enough nurses.
Can I remove an ingredient I do not want?
In some cases. Our medical provider can adjust the formula based on your goals and health history. Mention it during your intake call. If you want to leave several out, the Custom IV may suit you better.
Is it possible to get too much of one vitamin?
Our doses are within accepted wellness IV ranges. Water soluble vitamins in excess are largely excreted in urine. Our provider screens for the conditions where high dose vitamin C is not appropriate, such as G6PD deficiency or iron overload.
How does this compare to taking a multivitamin?
Oral vitamins go through your digestive system, where absorption is variable and often low. An IV puts the nutrients directly into your bloodstream for full absorption and a faster, more noticeable effect.
Is this covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
Insurance does not typically cover wellness IV therapy. Some clients have had success using HSA or FSA accounts, and we can provide an itemized receipt. Check with your plan administrator.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay inside our service area. No concierge fee, no travel fee, no setup fee.
