Bachelorette weekends are usually planned weeks or months ahead. We recommend booking your group session at least 72 hours before the event for groups of 5 to 9. Larger groups (10 or more) need at least one week of lead time. Same-week bookings are sometimes available for smaller groups.

Confirm the Location
Tell us the address. Mobile IV therapy works at hotels, Airbnbs, private apartments, and rental homes across the five boroughs and surrounding counties. We work with most major hotels in NYC. If you are at an Airbnb or rental, just confirm with the host that medical wellness services are allowed at the property (most are).

Each Guest Completes Intake
Every guest fills out a brief medical intake form before the appointment. Our medical provider reviews each one and may follow up with a quick call if anything needs clarification. This is a standard part of safe IV therapy. It typically takes 5 to 10 minutes per guest and can be done online from your phone.

The Nurse Arrives
On the day of your booking, a licensed registered nurse arrives at your location with everything needed. Setup takes about 15 minutes for a group, depending on size. Each guest gets a brief check-in with the nurse before her drip starts.

Relax Together
Drips run while you all hang out. Watch a movie, scroll your phones, take group photos, do hair and makeup, or just rest. The IV is in your arm but does not interfere with most activities. Many bachelorette groups use the drip time to plan the rest of the day or recover before going out again.

Can we do this at our Airbnb?
Yes. Mobile IV therapy works at most Airbnbs and rental properties in NYC. Just confirm with the host that medical wellness services are allowed at the property (most are). Most Airbnbs in NYC welcome these services.
Can the bride pick a different drip than her bridesmaids?
Yes. Every guest picks her own drip based on what she needs. The bride might want a Mega Myers for skin support, a bridesmaid might want a Hangover IV for recovery, another might want a Hydration IV. All can be done in the same session.
How long does the appointment take?
For a group of 5 to 9, plan for about 90 minutes total. Setup takes 15 to 20 minutes. Drips run 30 to 45 minutes for most options, or 60 to 90 minutes for the Zen Cocktail with NAD+. Pack-up takes 10 to 15 minutes. The whole group can be done in around 90 minutes.
Can we book on short notice?
Same-week bookings are sometimes available for groups of 4 to 9. We recommend at least 72 hours of lead time for groups of 5 to 9, and one week for groups of 10 or more.
Do all the bridesmaids need to fill out medical intake?
Yes. Every guest completes a brief intake form before her drip. This is standard for safe IV therapy and takes 5 to 10 minutes per guest. It can be done online from your phone.
Can pregnant bridesmaids get a drip?
With OB/GYN clearance, yes. Some pregnant guests may not be appropriate for certain drip ingredients. Tell us during intake about any pregnancies and we will work with the OB/GYN.
Will the IVs leave bruises for wedding photos?
Bruising is uncommon and usually mild when it happens. If you are concerned about photos a few days later, the Saturday morning or Sunday morning recovery drip is fine. For wedding day or close to it, talk to us about timing.
Can we drink alcohol after the drip?
Yes. Many bachelorette groups book a recovery drip in the morning, then go out again that night. The drip does not interfere with normal activities.
What happens if someone is not feeling well during the drip?
Your nurse stays with the group throughout the appointment. If anyone feels uncomfortable, the nurse can adjust the drip rate or stop the drip. Safety is always the priority.
Can we book for a Long Island or Hamptons bachelorette weekend?
Yes. We serve Suffolk County, including the Hamptons, and Nassau County. Travel to those areas may be subject to a slight scheduling adjustment but is included in standard service.
Is a detox drip the same as a vitamin drip?
The Mega Myers IV and Myers Cocktail include vitamin C, glutathione, and B vitamins that many clients report support skin appearance. Combined with hydration, the bride often looks visibly more rested by the next morning.
How many nurses come for a group?
Smaller groups (4 to 5 guests) typically have one nurse. Larger groups (6 to 9) may have one or two nurses depending on logistics. Groups of 10 or more usually have multiple nurses to keep the appointment time manageable.
Do you accept insurance?
Zen IV Spa provides IV therapy only. We are mobile-only, focused on bringing IV drips to your location. For other services, work with separate vendors who can come to the same location.
