Who We Are

Zen IV Spa provides mobile IV therapy across New York City and the tri-state area. Our licensed nurses and nurse practitioners bring hydration and wellness drips to your home, office, hotel, or event. We serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Westchester County, Rockland County, Putnam County, and Orange County, NY.

In these terms, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zen IV Spa. The words “you” and “your” refer to anyone who visits our website or books our services.

Our Services

Zen IV Spa offers IV therapy packages, vitamin add-ons, injection shots, group and event services, memberships, and gift cards. All IV treatments use hospital-grade supplies and are given by licensed medical professionals. Our drips may help support hydration, energy, recovery, and overall wellness. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Our services are wellness services. They are not a substitute for emergency care, primary care, or treatment from your own doctor. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a service or create an account on our website. Select treatments, such as our Kids Mini Myers IV, may be available for minors. A parent or legal guardian must book the appointment, give written consent, and be present during the entire visit for any client under 18. Our medical team has the final say on whether a treatment is appropriate for any client.

Medical Screening and Consent

Your safety comes first. Before your first treatment, you will complete a medical intake form. A licensed medical provider will review your form and speak with you before your visit. You agree to give complete and honest answers about your health history, current medications, and allergies. Leaving out important health details can put your safety at risk.

Our medical team may decline or stop a treatment at any time if they believe it is not safe or appropriate for you. This decision is made for your protection. If we decline a service before it begins for medical reasons, you will not be charged for the treatment.

Booking and Appointments

You can book online through our website or contact us by phone or text. After you book, our team will reach out to confirm your appointment details. You will receive a medical intake form by text, and a registered nurse will share their arrival time with you on the day of your visit.

Please provide a safe, clean, and reasonably private space for your treatment. Our nurses may end a visit if the setting is unsafe or if anyone at the location behaves in a threatening or inappropriate way. We treat our team with respect and ask that you do the same.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for our IV packages, add-ons, and services are listed on our website. Prices may change at any time, but the price you are quoted at booking is the price you pay for that visit. Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Travel fees, group minimums, or after-hours fees may apply to some bookings. Any extra fees will be shared with you before you confirm your appointment.

Refunds

Because our services involve medical supplies and provider time, completed treatments are not refundable. If you have a concern about your visit, please contact us within 7-14 days and we will do our best to make it right. Refunds or credits for unused services, memberships, or gift cards are handled according to the policies listed at the time of purchase and as required by law.

Memberships and Gift Cards

Memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@zenivspa.com or call (332) 239-2005. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Membership perks have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless we say otherwise in writing.

Gift cards can be used toward any Zen IV Spa service. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless required by law.

Health Information and Privacy

We care about your privacy. Any health information you share with us is handled with care and protected under applicable privacy laws. To learn more about how we collect, use, and protect your information, please read our Privacy Policy.

Calls, Texts, and Email

When you book with us or share your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your appointments. This includes booking confirmations, intake forms, arrival updates, and follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop appointment-related messages needed to provide your service.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the website in any way that breaks local, state, or federal law
Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
Copy, scrape, or collect content or data from the website without our written permission
Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
Impersonate another person or provide false information when booking

We may suspend or end your access to the website or our services if you break these rules.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website belongs to Zen IV Spa or our licensors. This includes our name, logo, text, images, graphics, page designs, and branding.
